Your Mission: As a Vocational Rehabilitation Professional with IVRS, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming lives. You’ll engage directly with clients, assess their needs, and craft tailored rehabilitation plans that pave the way for their successful return to work. What You’ll Do:

- Connect with Clients: Conduct insightful interviews via phone or virtually, uncovering client’s unique needs.

- Prepare Comprehensive Reports: Analyze all available information to evaluate function, employability, and RTW self-efficacy, and prepare detailed reports.

- Develop & Implement Plans: Design and execute effective vocational rehabilitation plans that tackle return-to-work barriers head-on.

- Engage with Stakeholders: Work proactively with clients, community agencies, and other partners to support recovery and job readiness.

- Coordinate & Facilitate: Identify additional services and make timely referrals for assessments and treatments.

- Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of services and adjust plans to ensure client success.

- Inspire & Motivate: Use goal-setting and motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards their career goals.

- Manage Caseloads: Handle a diverse caseload with autonomy, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Educate & Consult: Share your knowledge and insights through consultations and educational opportunities with peers and other professionals.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 3+ years in vocational rehabilitation, disability management, or a related field. Long Term Disability experience is a plus.

- Education: Relevant diploma or degree in fields such as Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Services, or similar.

- Skills: Proficient in motivational interviewing, with top-notch analytical and writing skills. Strong ethical standards and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working remotely with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

- Certifications: Member in good standing as a CVRP, CCVE, RRP, RTWDM, CRTWC, CDMP, CCRC, or CCC.

- Other Essentials: Professional liability insurance and a secure home office setup.
