Tracy Oman
Tracy Oman, has been active in the field of disability management for over 26 years: including physical rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, employer services, and short & long-term disability claims management. Tracy is an innovative and transformative subject matter expert and believes that ‘Good Work is Healthy’ and embeds this philosophy in all that she does to facilitate positive change for her clients. One of Tracy’s passions is identifying industry gaps and finding creative solutions to achieve durable and sustainable outcomes through the development of services and programs to meet her client’s ever-changing needs.
